Every year Historic Salem, Inc. invites community members to nominate recently completed renovation projects for a Preservation Award. In 2025, our annual Preservation Awards got even bigger as we hosted the Historic Home Expo! Together, we’ll recognize the outstanding preservation projects happening all around Salem, nominated by neighbors and selected by a panel of local experts.

Nominations for the 2026 Preservation Awards are now open and can be submitted through July 17, 2026. Submit a nomination today!
